不銹鋼玻璃門(mén)一般無(wú)門(mén)框，只有上下金屬門(mén)夾，或只在角部為安裝軸部分金屬件鉸接的地彈簧來(lái)實(shí)現。

Stainless steel glass doors generally have no door frame, only upper and lower metal door clips, or only ground springs hinged on the metal parts of the installation shaft at the corners.

1、門(mén)扇安裝前，地面地彈簧與門(mén)框頂面的定位銷(xiāo)應定位安裝完畢，兩者必須同軸線(xiàn)。安裝時(shí)用吊垂線(xiàn)檢查，確保地彈簧轉軸與定位銷(xiāo)的中心線(xiàn)在同一垂直線(xiàn)上。

1. Before installing the door leaf, the ground spring and the positioning pin on the top surface of the door frame should be positioned and installed, and both must be aligned with the same axis. During installation, use a suspension line to check and ensure that the center line of the ground spring shaft and the positioning pin is on the same vertical line.

2、安裝玻璃門(mén)扇上下門(mén)夾：把上下金屬門(mén)夾分別裝在玻璃門(mén)扇下下兩端，并測量門(mén)扇高度。如果門(mén)扇的上下邊距門(mén)橫框及地面的縫隙超過(guò)規定值，即門(mén)扇高度不夠，可在上下門(mén)夾內的玻璃底部墊木夾板條。如果門(mén)扇高度超過(guò)安裝尺寸，則需裁去玻璃扇的多余部分。若為鋼化玻璃則需按安裝尺寸重新定制。

2. Install the upper and lower metal door clips on the glass door leaf: Install the upper and lower metal door clips on the lower and lower ends of the glass door leaf, and measure the height of the door leaf. If the gap between the upper and lower edges of the door leaf and the door transom and the ground exceeds the specified value, that is, the height of the door leaf is not enough, wood splint strips can be padded at the bottom of the glass in the upper and lower door clips. If the height of the door leaf exceeds the installation size, the excess part of the glass leaf needs to be cut off. If it is tempered glass, it needs to be customized according to the installation size.

3、固定玻璃門(mén)扇上下門(mén)夾：定好門(mén)扇高度垢，在厚玻璃與金屬上下門(mén)夾內的兩側縫隙處，同時(shí)插入小木條，輕敲穩實(shí)，然后在小木條、厚玻璃、門(mén)夾之間的縫隙中注入玻璃膠。

3. Fix the upper and lower door clips of the glass door leaf: Set the height of the door leaf to scale, and insert small wooden strips into the gaps on both sides of the thick glass and metal upper and lower door clips. Gently tap and firmly, then inject glass glue into the gaps between the small wooden strips, thick glass, and door clips.

4、門(mén)扇定位安裝：先將門(mén)框橫梁上的定位銷(xiāo)用本身的調節螺釘調出橫梁平面2mm；再玻璃門(mén)扇豎起來(lái)，把門(mén)扇下門(mén)夾內的轉動(dòng)銷(xiāo)連接件的孔位對準地彈簧的轉動(dòng)銷(xiāo)軸，并轉動(dòng)門(mén)扇將孔位套入銷(xiāo)軸上；然后把門(mén)扇轉動(dòng)90度使之與門(mén)框橫梁成直角，把門(mén)扇上門(mén)夾中的轉動(dòng)連接件的孔對準門(mén)框橫梁上的定位銷(xiāo)，調節定位銷(xiāo)的調節螺釘，將定位銷(xiāo)插入孔內15mm左右。

4. Door leaf positioning installation: First, adjust the positioning pin on the door frame crossbeam out of the crossbeam plane by 2mm using its own adjustment screw; Raise the glass door leaf vertically, align the hole position of the rotary pin connector inside the lower door clip of the door leaf with the rotary pin axis of the ground spring, and rotate the door leaf to fit the hole position onto the pin axis; Then rotate the door leaf 90 degrees to form a right angle with the crossbeam of the door frame. Align the hole of the rotating connector in the door leaf clamp with the positioning pin on the crossbeam of the door frame, adjust the adjustment screw of the positioning pin, and insert the positioning pin into the hole by about 15mm.

5、安裝玻璃門(mén)拉手：全玻璃門(mén)扇上的拉手孔洞，一般在裁割玻璃時(shí)加工完成。拉手連接部分插入洞口時(shí)不能過(guò)緊，應略有松動(dòng)；如插入過(guò)松，可在插入部分裹上軟質(zhì)膠帶。安裝前在拉手插入玻璃的部分涂上少許玻璃膠。拉手組裝時(shí)，其根部與玻璃靠緊密后再擰緊固定螺釘，以保證拉手沒(méi)有松動(dòng)現象。

5. Installing glass door handles: The handle holes on the full glass door leaf are usually processed during glass cutting. When inserting the connecting part of the handle into the hole, it should not be too tight and should be slightly loose; If the insertion is too loose, soft tape can be wrapped around the insertion part. Apply a small amount of glass glue to the part where the handle is inserted into the glass before installation. When assembling the handle, tighten the fixing screws after the base is tightly against the glass to ensure that the handle is not loose.
